The Lost Patrick Kava House was born from a passion for connection, wellness, and cultural tradition. Founded by friends who used to hang out at a kava shack in Maui, Patrick and Josh, our vision was simple: create a space in Charlotte where people could unwind, socialize, and experience the powerful benefits of kava and kratom—without the presence of alcohol. Patrick brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant tech industry, combined with a deep respect for island culture from his time living in Hawaii and Indonesia. Josh complements this with years of hands-on expertise running successful kava bars in Arizona and California, mastering the brew process and crafting signature drinks.
